Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Qeetoto Limited (“Qeetoto”, “we”, “us”) runs qeetoto.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.

The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we never contact you unless you've asked us to.

What we collect

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We don't store this in a database — it lives only in an encrypted session on your device for as long as you're signed in (up to 30 days), then it's gone.

If you don't sign in, we don't collect anything that identifies you.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. It's cookie-free and doesn't collect anything that identifies you personally, so it runs for all visitors.

If we ever add Google Analytics in future, we will only turn it on for visitors who've actively opted in.

Cookies

The only cookie we set is the sign-in session cookie described above, and only if you choose to sign in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

If a page includes an embedded YouTube video, YouTube may set its own cookies when you play it — that's Google's, not ours, and only happens if you press play.

What we never do

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Since we don't store sign-in data anywhere beyond your session, simply signing out clears it. For anything else, email hello@qeetoto.com.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be posted here.
